Dr. Mrosik, a visionary entrepreneur with a strategic mindset, accelerated the company’s international growth, expanding its global footprint and investing heavily in research and development. The company’s commitment to innovation reached new milestones in October 2024 with the strategic acquisition of EFP International B.V. (EFP), a Dutch-based company with a global footprint, specializing in the design, development, and production of aluminium profile systems for architects under the brand “EFP European Façade Products”. The acquisition remains a pivotal move that significantly expanded Kömmerling’s global product range under the brand name “EFP by Kömmerling” and strengthened the aluminium systems with façade solutions.
Under Dr. Peter Mrosik’s leadership, the company developed increasingly sophisticated profile systems with multi-chambered designs that set new industry standards for thermal efficiency and sustainability.
